Our Return Policy
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
- We do not exchange items. If you purchased an item and would like a different style, size or color, a new order will need to be placed.
- All purchases of reduced price and sale items are final and not eligible for return.
- We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen during shipping.

- Please include your name, order number, a detailed report of the problem with your shipment and any relevant photos that further illustrate the problem.
- Once submitted, your return request will be reviewed and our customer support team will get in touch to help as soon as possible.
- Returns will only be eligible for refund provided all items are returned in new, unused condition, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.
- The refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.
